Atsushi Endo has been with Japan Registry Services Co., Ltd (JPRS), the .jp ccTLD registry since 2001.
Currently, as a Manager of the Corporate Planning Office and Strategic Planning Department, he is in charge of designing the strategic plan of JPRS. Prior to his current position, he was involved in the external affairs, public relations and business development of JPRS. He has been heavily engaged in the business development of JPRS as a gTLD Registrar for new gTLD business, contracting RAAs（Registrar Accreditation Agreements）between JPRS and its subsidiary and the RA（Registry Agreement）of the TLD .jprs] with ICANN Organization.
