Baha Toman
Eng. Baha Toman' works as a Registrar & Customer Support Manager for the Palestinian National Internet Naming Authority (PNINA), which is the manager of the .ps ccTLDcountry code top level domain, and facilitates internal and external registrations and registrar certifications. He began in December, 2003, which is the same year that PNINA was created.[1][2][3]
