Bill Tomon is an ICT Professional at ITS. He speaks English, Mandrin and Pidgin. Prior to joining ITS, he was an IT Engineer/Systems Administrator at PNG University of Technology for 3 years.
Education
He holds MEng in Communication and Information Systems from University of Science and Technology Beijing and BEng PNG University of Technology.[1]
