Bruce Howard is currently working at the Equities Division at Nomura Securities. He is the founder of Howard.org and also a member of the board of directors for cyberspace.org. He currently lives in Tokyo.

In the past He worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at Grex, Head of Front Office Development at KBC Securities in Japan, Head of IT Asia at KBC Securities in Japan, Head of Systems at DE Shaw Securities in Japan and a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley.
Before beginning to work in the co-operate world, he had been a Research programmer at University of Michigan involved in Institutional File System Project and CAEN.
Education
He received his education from University of Michigan and from Georgetown Preparatory School.[1]
