Burundi National Center of Information Technology is the organization that manages and administers the .bi ccTLD for Burundi.[1]

This ccTLD has a very liberal registration policy. Anyone can register a .bi domain, even though registration numbers are quite low. It was initially managed by the US-based Network Startup Resource Center, but moved under the leadership of Victor Ciza in mid-2002.[1]
