In 2006, CSC merged Corporate Domains, eBrandSecure and the Corporate Service Division of Register.com and established the CSC Corporate Domains, Inc. as a subsidiary company which provide specialized services such as domain name management, brand monitoring, trademark services, domain recovery services and brand protection services.
In march 2013, CSC acquired MelbourneIT's Digital Brand Services division, which includes its backend registry contracts with 150 new gTLDs for $157 million USD.[2]
