Carlos Dionisio Aguirre is the Chairman and Owner of SitioDerecho, which is a legal organization that acts as a legal and economical advisory to many companies.[1]. He is also the former ALAC and NCUC liaison. Currently, he is Chair of Participation and Engagement in ICANN.[2]

- He completed his Law Education from University of Cordoba in 1988.
Career History
- He teaches “Law, Economic and Bussinnes in the Information Society” at the University of Cordoba.
- He is the Professor in charge of the “E-Commerce” post-grade module in “Internacional Trade and Commerce Legal Aspects” in National University of Córdoba.
- He is the Vice President at ADIAR (Argentinian Asociation of Informatic Law).[3]
- He has been elected two times by ALAC at ICCAN.
- He is the International Director at AGEIA DENSI.
