Cedric Manara has a slight interest in domain names, on which he published more than 150 articles (mainly comments of UDRP decisions, French judicial decisions, and other ADR decisions).
Cedric is a domain dispute resolution panelist (Arbitration Center for .eu Disputes, Prague / Regional Center for Arbitration, Kuala-Lupur / Belgian Centre for Mediation and Arbitration, Brussels, Belgium), and a legal consultant (electronic commerce, IP).
A professor of law in France, he was labelled one of the liveliest and most influential intellectual property educators and opinion-makers to emerge from France in recent times in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
