Cid Torquato is Institutional Relations Coordinator at the Sao Paulo State Secretariat for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.[1] He is the co-founder and executive director of the Camara-e.net (Brazilian Chamber of Electronic Commerce), which participates in the World Summit event in Tunisia.[2]
He is one of the World Summit Award winners.[3]
