Genty is opposed to the sale of the [[.org|.ORG]] [[Top-Level Domain|TLD]]. In 2019, he has developped a webpage in French, [https://www.sauvonslepointorg.org SAUVONSLEPOINTORG.ORG], similar to the one of the [[EFF]], [https://savedotorg.org/ SAVEDOTORG.ORG]. In contrast to the EFF, Genty is not opposed to the sale between two private parties but to the opacity of the sale, taken without consultation with the general public.  In his [[EOI]] written for the election to the [[EURALO|Euralo]] Board of Directors, Genty stated that [[ICANN]] was in the FIFAization phase.
