In 2003, following an initiative of the WITSA (World Information Technology Services Association), she was a founder member of a ICT association in Senegal and very active and participate to the creation of other associations like AfrISPA, ACSIS Senegal, SENELOGIC etc.. From 2005, she was the animator for Senegal for the ICT Advocacy program, part of CATIA www.catia.ws , and has played a role with stakeholders in advocacy by reinforcing the capacity building of the Media on the ICT issues and policies. Her strategy was focus on bringing a civil society perspective to bear the policy and regulatory structures of these initiatives by working closely with the Medias (press owners, editors, journalists). In June 2007, she started working for APC as Africa ICT policy advocacy Coordinator and was responsible for the coordination and tracking of all ICT advocacy issues within the region and engaging all stakeholders. In 2008, she was involved in a project named CICEWA based on a Research into the Implementation of Telecom Reform Policy and Sub-Regional Connectivity in Africa and she is presently the Coordinator of GOREeTIC a west and central africa ICT4D Network (www.goreetic.org ) and Board member of ACSIS, the African Civil Society on the Information Society. Coura FALL is member of the MAG, the multistakeholder advisory group for the Internet Governance Forum
