Coura Fall is an Animator for CATIA, which is an ICT Advocacy program in Senegal.[1] She has been working the Africa ICT Policy coordinator for APC since 2007. In this position, she develops research and information dissemination strategies. She is also involved in a project named CICEWA, which is based on a Research into the Implementation of Telecom Reform Policy and Sub-Regional Connectivity in Africa.[2]
= Career History
Ms. Fall has broad experience in commercial field and has worked with several companies including Access Telecom Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Telecel Cote d’Ivoire, Togo, Globe Access Internet (Ivory Coast) , Sentel GSM (Senegal) Groupe Chaka and Netcom Group.[3] She also founded an IT Company providing call center solutions and Outsourcing. She actively participated in the foundation of several associations like CATIA, AfrISPA, ACSIS Senegal, SENELOGIC.[4]
