Darlene Thompson is the Secretary/Treasurer of N-CAP, a non-profit company that represents telecentres in Canada’s far northern territory of Nunavut; she is currently the Secretary of NARALO[1] She is also the Community Access Program administrator for the Nunavut Department of Education. As such, she administers all funding the local telecentres and takes the lead in many IT-related areas and projects.
