Darlene Thompson is the Secretary/Treasurer of N-CAP, a non-profit company that represents telecentres in Canada’s far northern territory of Nunavut. She is also the Community Access Program administrator for the Nunavut Department of Education. As such, she administers all funding for our telecentres and take the lead in many IT-related areas and projects. Darlene an interest in how ICTs can be used to strengthen distance education and sustainable development in rural and remote communities. She is also a member of the OPOC Working Group
