Dev Anand Teelucksingh is the Secretariat for LACRALO and the Director of the Trinidad & Tobago Computer Society. He is a member of ALAC.
He is also the lead developer and maintainer of the TICS OSS WIN CD, a CD of free, open source software for Windows.[1]
