Dr Govind is the CEO of the National Internet Exchange of India, the organization that manages the .in ccTLD.[1] He is a Senior Director at Government Department of information technology in india. Currently involved in Coordination, Assessment, execution and development of Projects.[2][3][4]
Dr. Govind has attended 10+ ICANN meetings, including ICANN 50 in London. He is interested in Internet Governance, the ccNSO, and New gTLDs.[1]
