Dustin (Phillips) Loup is the Executive Director of ISOC-DC. He was previously the Executive Director of ICANNWiki and was an employee of the project from May 2015 - March 2019. He continues to be involved with the project on a volunteer basis.

Career History

ISOC-DC (June 2016-Present)

Dustin is the Executive Director of ISOC-DC. Prior to this, he was the Assistant Director of the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Internet of Society, where he worked with David Vyorst.[1]

ICANNWIki (June 2015-Present)

Dustin has been with ICANNWiki since June 2015. He is currently Executive Director. In this role, his responsibilities include managing and carrying out all aspect of the organizations operations and activites.

Dustin was originally hired as Editor and Community Manager in June 2015. Since then he has attended a variety of conferences and worked with a diverse set of stakeholders to move the project forward in a way that benefits the Internet governance community as a whole.[2]

Aberdeen Water Department (2013-2015)

Dustin worked at the water department in Aberdeen, WA, USA to help facilitate a city wide project, which replaced old water meters with lead-free, digital meters.

Education

Dustin received a BA in Political Science from Gonzaga University in 2013.
