Emmanuel Harrar is the Head of the Technologies Department at Dreyfus and Associés, and has been partner at the firm since 2008. He manages the firm's Trademark Protection functions, specializing in naming and protection strategies for DNS, social media, and new gTLD consulting, as well as other Intellectual Property concerns on the Internet.
