Emmanuel Harrar is the Head of the Technologies Department at Dreyfus and Associés, and has been partner at the firm since 2008. He specializes in managing clients' Intellectual Property concerns on the Internet. This entails defending clients' IP, establishing Internet presence, and optimizing domain portfolios.
Emmanuel is fluent in English.[1]
Mr. Harrar regularly represents the firm at industry conferences, such as at ICANN meetings.[2][3]
Background
Mr. Harrar is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Spérieure des Mines and of CEIPI. He has been working on the Internet since 1996, and was previously a manager at a specialized software company.[4]
