Encel Sanchez is a Freelancer PHP Developer. He is also a member of ISOC Venezuela and was a NextGen at ICANN at ICANN 53 - Buenos Aires. [1] Also Encel is member of Youth Observatory.

Encel participated as  youth leader in LACNIC's lideres program in the Regional Internet Governance Forum (LACIGF) that met in Buenos Aires, Argentina. [2]

Interests

Encel is interested in Internet Governance, Net Neutrality, Intellectual Property Rights, IPv6 and Telecommunications.
