Career History

For the past 15 years, Eric Rice has held senior positions with global technology companies involved in domain name management, direct marketing and Internet marketing.

His background as VP of Account Strategy at Johnson Direct Advertising, the professional direct marketing agency for technology-related firms, honed his experience in providing strategy, design, and execution for leading accounts such as IBM, Novell, World Book Interactive, The Learning Company and Internet Security Systems.

From 1994 to 2000, Eric served as Vice-President of Business Development for ConnectedBrands where he created online advertising, branding, and direct marketing strategies for Avid Technology, Softwatch, Cybercash, and Comcast, among others.

His most significant achievement was crafting and managing the company's highly profitable venture into domain monetization, which greatly enhanced its attractiveness as an acquisition target. He was also able to use his experience in the management of message strategy, direct mail, and customer relationship programs.
