Esteban Lescano is "Lescano & Etcheverry Abogados" founder, a TIC law firm in Argentina located in Buenos Aires. The firm focuses on legal and regulatory advice for Internet Service Providers and Telecommunications and Media companies.[1] He is also lecturer at UBA (University of Buenos Aires) and associate lecturer at UDESA (University of San Andres). His research field is Internet policy and regulations for new media and telecommunications services. He is Legal and Public Policy Director at CABASE (Internet Association in Argentina).
His first ICANN meeting was in Buenos Aires 48, and has been an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 56 in Helsinki, ICANN 54 in Dublin and ICANN 51 in Los Angeles. He was a Coach for many Latin american and Caribean fellows and also a Community Mentor in ICANN 58, ICANN 59 and ICANN 60.
