Esteban Lescano is Partner at Lescano y Etcheverry Abogados, a law firm in Argentina. The firm focuses on legal advice for Internet Service Providers and telecom and media companies.[1]
He has been an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 54 in Dublin and ICANN 51 in Los Angeles.
Esteban has attended several ICANN Meetings, including ICANN 51 in Los Angeles where he attended on behalf of CABASE and Argentina's ISP Association He is interested in Internet Governance, Net Neutrality, and civil rights on the Internet.[1]
He was a CRISP team member representing LAC community.
