Esther Lizana Puelles works at the Universidad Nacional de Piura in Peru. Ms. Puelles works in the Industrial Engineering Faculty, working in IT and promoting the use of the Internet at the University. She was a fellow at ICANN 39 and has attended subsequent ICANN meetings,[1] and is also involved in LACRALO meetings and activities.[2]
