Frédéric Guillemaut is a Board Member at AFNIC[1] and Administrator at ISOC. He is also the COO and co-founder of Mailclub.[2]
He actively attends ICANN Meetings,[3][4] and is Mailclub's representative to the Registrars' Constituency,[5] along with being involved in ICANN Studienkreis.[6] [7] He also writes regularly on Mailclub.info[8] and gives webinars and presentation on ICANN and domaining.

During 1998, for 6 months, he was the Webmaster/Mail Order manager for Rocket Records, and in 1995, he started his career as a Sales Manager at Black et Noir Records.[12]
Education
He holds a Masters degree from Ecole supérieure des Sciences commerciales d'Angers, a BA in Business Studies from Middlesex University, London, UK, and is a graduate from CESEM (EUROMED) Marseille, France.
