GNSO Houses

The GNSO is organized into two houses - the contracted parties house and the non-contracted parties house. This structure was introduced and approved during the First GNSO Organizational Review in 2008.

Contracted Parties

Contracted parties are registries and registrars with a contractual relationship with ICANN via a Registry Agreement or Registrar Accreditation Agreement.

Non-Contracted Parties

Non-contracted Parties are categorized as either commercial stakeholders or non-commercial stakeholders:

Commercial Stakeholders Group

• Business Constituency (BC)
• Internet Service and Connection Providers Constituency (ISPCP)
• Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC)

Non-commercial Stakeholders Group

• Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC)
• Not-for-Profit Operational Concerns Constituency (NPOC)
