Prior to joining Verisign, Mr. Kilguss served as the senior vice president and CFO for Internap Network Services Corporation, an IT infrastructure services company. Previous CFO level positions include Towerstream Corporation, a wireless Internet provider; and Stratos Global Corporation, a mobile satellite service company. He has also held senior positions in the investment and commercial banking sectors, including with Riparian Partners, Fleet Associates and Bank of Boston Corporation.
