Gloria is a young, female, Ugandan, lawyer who is passionate about information technology and knowledge sharing. She loves to learn new things and explore new ideas.
Work History
Gloria has volunteered with NGOs and academic institutions where she has worked in promoting education, entrepreneurship, leadership, legal research, reform, law reporting and legal practice. She is now invested in the internet policy legal regime.
