Heather Costelloe is a law graduate working in corporate law. Heather has a bachelor of laws with first class honours from Murdoch University, located in Perth, Australia. Heather wrote her thesis on how a precise definition of a ‘well-known mark’ in ICANN Policy could facilitate refinement of international trademark law.
