They have a long list of Internet development projects including development of different applications, education on different aspects of the Internet aspects, publications and IPv6 implementation. IIS was the first organisation in the world to implement open DNSSEC.[3] The company co-founded EURid with the registry operators for Belgium and Italy's ccTLDs, .be and .it, which are DNS Belgium and Instituto di Informatica e Telematica.[4][5]
