The IRT identified five high priority issues that might help solve the top concerns of the internet stake holders. * IP Clearinghouse, Globally Protected Marks List and associated rights protection mechanisms, and standardized pre-launch rights protection mechanisms;

* Post delegation dispute resolution mechanisms at the top level;

* Use of algorithm in string confusion review during initial evaluation
