Jacob Williams is the Director of Operations and Business Development at UrbanBrain since 2009. UrbanBrain helps its clients navigate ICANN's new gTLD application process. Jacob is also involved with UrbanBrain's parent company, Interlink;[1] which is an ICANN accredited registrar involved with the Registrar Constituency.

Jacob regularly attends domaining and IT conferences to lead and participate in discussions surrounding the roll-out of new gTLDs and the application process involved therein.[2]

Jacob is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah; though he has been living and working in Japan for around a decade, thus he is fluent in English and Japanese and conversational in Spanish.[3]

Background

Jacob Williams has worked as a domain recovery specialist and liaison for ICANN policy making with an ICANN accredited registrar. He has also held managerial positions at American Express.[4]
