- Jacqueline holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the UWI and MS in Chemical Engineering from UFSCar, Brazil.[5]
- She also holds an MS in Engineering Science (Environmental Management) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. She was a Hubert H. Humphrey (Fulbright) Fellow in 2000-2001 at American University.
