He is interested in [[Internet Governance]] (IG), Security, [[New gTLD]]s, and [[ccTLD]] management.<ref name="icannwiki"></ref> In his native Barbados, he is active in ICT: working professionally as a systems administrator, network administrator and ICT consultant. He was one of the initial members of BIPA and remained active in its ongoing operation - from its official 2006 beginning, to its resurgence since 2010. He's also a member of the Information Systems Security Association, Barbados chapter (ISSA Barbados). He participates in some Caribbean level groups: the Caribbean Network Operators Group (CaribNOG) and the Caribbean ICT stakeholders Virtual Community (CIVIC). He is also working with colleagues on forming an Internet Society chapter in order to continue some of the local IG activities.
