Jay Paudyal is co-founder of Genlish, a language training provider based in India. He founded a software solution company named CellGell in late 2003. He is a post-graduate in marketing. He has 20 years of experience in information technologies. His expertise includes business strategy, technical architecture designing, programming, growth hacking and cyber law. He is passionate about traveling, photography and filmmaking.

He was a Fellow at ICANN 60 Abu Dhabi. He is a member of the Neo-Brahami Generation Panel. He is a consultant for the Devanagari script to be included in IDN TLDs.
