Jeff Neuman is the Senior Vice President, USA at Valideus since January 2015. He was previously the Vice President of Business Affairs at NeuStar, Inc. He worked for Neustar for 15 years. He is a GNSO councilor at ICANN. He was previously Neustar's Vice President of Law and Policy. He is currently a Vice Chair of the Registry Stakeholder Group ICANN. Within the GNSO, Jef Neuman represents the Registry Stakeholder Group; his term is to last through the Annual Meeting of 2014.

He completed his J.D. in law from The George Washington University Law School in 1997, after completing a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations Science in 1994.
