Joan Francesc Gras is a Member of the ISOC-CAT and former Fundació puntCAT President.[1][2] He currently serves as Chairperson of the First Board of Trustees for Fundació puntCAT.[3] Joan Francesc works in the Area Tecnològica of the Catalan Ministry of Education, coordinating educational projects and video conferences.
