Joao Mendes Moreira is the Project Manager at the Biblioteca do Conhecimento Online (Online Library of Knowledge) for the Foundation for National Scientific Computing (FCCN). He is also the Project Manager at Portugal Open Access Science Repository (RCAAP) for the FCCN.[1]
João Moreira received degrees in Systems Analysis and Computer Engineering from the University of Minho in 1991-1996.[2]
