John Berryhill Ph.d., Esq. is an Intellectual Property Attorney that deal with Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Name Issues.[1] Currently, John is the owner of John Berryhill, LLC, which is based in Philadelphia as well as an ICANN Registrar Constituency Representative.[2] John has represented domain name registrants and trademark claimants in numerous UDRP proceedings and federal court proceedings. John has been a longtime advocate for the rights of domain registrants in ICANN working groups and task forces relating to intellectual property and other domain policy issues, and is a representative in the Registrar Constituency.[3]
He is also the Owner of John Berryhill, LLC and is a Registrar Constituency Representative at ICANN.[4]
Education
John holds a Ph.d degree in Electrical Engineering.
