John Berryhill Ph.d., Esq. is an Intellectual Property Attorney that deals with Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Name Issues.[1] Currently, John is a voting member of the ICANN Registrar Constituency Representative as well as the owner of John Berryhill, LLC, based out of Philadelphia.[2] He has represented many registrants in UDRP hearings, as well defended high-profile clients such as CamRoulette.com and DigiMedia.com. [3][4][5] John has established his presence in the Internet community and is involved with multiple ICANN task forces, working groups, policy issues and is a current ICANN representative.[6]
Industry Participation
Mr. Berryhill frequently attends ICANN and other related meetings. He was a panelist in multiple sessions at the .nxt conference.[7] He was also a presenter at the 2010 PubCon meeting.[8]
Education
John holds a Ph.d degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware and a degree in Law from Widener University School of Law.[9]
