John Berryhill Ph.d., Esq. is an Intellectual Property Attorney that deals with Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Name Issues.[1] Currently, John is a voting member of the ICANN Registrar Constituency Representative as well as the owner of John Berryhill, LLC, based out of Philadelphia.[2] He has represented many registrants in UDRP hearings, as well defended high-profile clients such as CamRoulette.com and DigiMedia.com. Industry Participation
Mr. Berryhill frequently attends ICANN and other related meetings, and has been a part of working groups, task forces, and workshops.[6] He was a panelist in multiple sessions at the .nxt Conference.[7] He was also a presenter at the 2010 PubCon meeting;[8] and spoke at the 2010 Domainer Mardi Gras.[9] He has attended DOMAINfest.[10]
Education
John holds a Ph.d degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware and a degree in Law from Widener University School of Law.[11]
