John Berryhill Ph.d., Esq. is an Intellectual Property Attorney that deal with Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Domain Name Issues.[1] Currently, John is the owner of John Berryhill, LLC, which is based in Philadelphia as well as an ICANN Registrar Constituency Representative.[2] He has represented many registrants in UDRP hearings, as well defended high-profile clients such as CamRoulette.com and DigiMedia.com. [3][4][5] John has established his presence in the internet community and is involved with much of ICANN's task forces, working groups, policy issues and is a current ICANN representative.[6]
Education
John holds a Ph.d degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware and his degree in Law from Widener University School of Law.[7]
