Mr. Spengler joined NeuStar in 2001 as the Director of Business Operations; He has since moved into the role of Registry Product Manager. John has been working with the .us TLD for more than six years.[3]

Prior to joining NeuStar, he was the Project Manager at Integrion Financial Network for 3 years, where he was responsible for the transition of all the Visa Interactive systems to the Interactive Financial Services platform. Prior to that, he was the Manager Global Operations Support at Visa Interactive Inc. from 1994 to 1997, and before that he was an Administrative Manager at the same company.[4]

He was a member of the Core Team for the usTLD group.[5]
