Jorge Villa is a Telecommunications Manager for the Cuban Academic Network. He is also involved with LACNIC, working with different groups and forums like IPv6 and security. He is the Vice Chair of the ASO Address Council.[1]
ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires was his first ICANN meeting.[1]
