Jose Vitor Carvalho Hansem is the Deputy Head, Division of Information Society, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of Brazil.[1]
He is a member of the Governmental Advisory Committee(GAC) of ICANN.[2]
He was also a participant at IGF Sharm el Sheikh[3] and IGF Hyderabad. [4]
