Juan Carlos Namis is the CEO of University Management Ltd.,[1] which operates Belize's ccTLD, .bz.[2] The University of Belize is a silent partner in the venture. Afilias provides registry services to the .bz domain.
Juan Carlos also works with InterNetworks Ltd., an internet service provider.[3]
Mr. Namis was a member of the ccNSO's Delegation and Re-delegation Working Group from the Latin American/Caribbean region.[4] Juan has also attended the ccTLD-ICANN meetings in Hawaii, Melbourne,[5] Geneva[6] and Marina del Rey.[7]
