Judy Song Toreele currently leads strategy, communications and marketing for PIR and is also Chief of Staff. She started there on April 1, 2019.

Previously, she was the Director of Business Affairs for Neustar. As a member of the executive team in Registry Services at Neustar, her responsibilities marketing communications, sales enablement, business development and account management. She is also the treasurer for the Domain Name Association. [1] [2]

ICANN Community Involvement

Judy represented Neustar in the Business Constituency within ICANN as a non-voting member.

She led the launch of .nyc. She is part of the Domain Name Association and on the Board of Directors of ICANNWiki.
