Kadian Alicia Davis works at the University College of Caribbean as the Head of the Information Technology Department. She has been working in this position since August, 2011. Prior to this, she worked as a teaching assistant at the University of the West Indies for 4 years.

Kadian was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 43 in San Jose, Costa Rica, and at that time was in the process of joining ICANN's NCUC. She is also a member of ISOC and has taken Internet governance courses through DiploFoundation.[1]
