Keith Davidson is currently the Chair of APTLD. He was appointed as chair in March 2010. He has also worked on behalf of InternetNZ's External Relations department since August, 2009.[1]

He is currently serving on ICANN's ccNSO Council; his term is to last from March 2010 until March 2013.[2]

InternetNZ Involvement

Keith Davidson has performed many roles within InternetNZ. Previously, he was the Executive Director for InternetNZ.[3] Before taking the office as Executive Director he was the President of InternetNZ from 2001 to 2005. Keith was the Treasurer at the same organization from 1999 to 2001. He joined the organization as a councilor in 1998.[4][5]

Past Work

He has also worked as the Owner and Manager of WISENet, which was An Internet Service Provider servicing the rural Wairarapa region in New Zealand, from 2001 to 2003. From 1994 to 2002 he was the General Manager of the newspaper company, Wairarapa Times-Age Company Ltd.

Education

He received his secondary education from Wellington College of Education, which he completed in 1970. Then he received his tertiary education from Victoria University of Wellington from 1974 to 1984.
