Ken Taylor is the CEO and Co-Founder of Marksmen,[1][2] a company specializing in the investigation and monitization of IP rights.[3] He is also the chair of the Marques Membership Team, and a member of the INTA Bulletin committee, ICANN's Intellectual Property Constituency, the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition, and the Triangle Intellectual Property Association.[4]
Taylor is a regular speaker on the topics of ethics and pretext investigation and has spoken at platforms like INTA, CAPA, IPO and AIPLA. He also assist law firms and corporations in matters regarding CLE credit.
Ken is also a domainer. He sold sociel.com for $12.6 million in 2011.[5]
